A *New* Primer of Visual Literacy
*18 hour* Lecture / Performance / Graphic Design Intensive
To form the basis of the upcoming publication A *New* Primer of Visual Literacy, graphic designer David Reinfurt will deliver *three days* of public lectures July 13–15, 2018 at the former offices of Richard Neutra (currently the offices of Inventory Press and our design studio IN-FO.CO). Designed to provide a general yet rigorous graphic design education for students of all backgrounds and levels, each day Reinfurt will compress a full semester of his Princeton graphic design curriculum into six 45-minute lectures (with breaks in between), which will be documented and form the basis of an upcoming book from Inventory Press. Concurrently on view there will be an exhibition of work by 184 of Reinfurt’s Princeton graphic design students. Space is limited.
